Wow. A friend of mine (I’ll call him “L-Train” because that’s a dorky sounding nickname…) met me at the gym today for a workout. Three hours later, I made my way slowly to my car, drenched in sweat, a weary (but not broken) man. Okay, maybe it wasn’t THAT dramatic, but I was tired nonetheless. (It took three hours because he was showing me some techniques and we spent some time talking.) Hopefully the “L-Train” will write a post for me tomorrow and let you guys in on how weak I am. :) I had a weigh in today. Good news, I’m down half a pound. I weigh 230 pounds. That’s 17 pounds lost! I rock (softly…)!
