Went Shopping – Calorie Update

I just returned from the grocery store.  I had to ‘stock up’ on healthy foods.  Basically, most of the foods I purchased came from the ‘edges’ of the supermarket.  I picked up some fruits, vegetables, sprouted breads, and some vitamins. Here’s my caloric intake as of 3:45 – I need to get some more protein.
