Weigh In For January 28

I started changing my eating habits (permanently) December 28th.  Since then, I’ve managed to lose 14 pounds, arriving at my new weight (as of this morning) of: 233 pounds!  Yes!  It looks like I have settled in and will be losing .5 to 1 pound per week. 3 things that I’ve learned so far?
